Delivery 

Zeberdee Equine Ltd. currently uses Post Haste for all deliveries and offers a wide range of shipping options.


Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves on customer service. If you would like to add to or alter your order after confirming it, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request, but we may not always be able to do so. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately.

Once you have received your goods, we are happy to exchange them if you change your mind. For exchange purposes:

- The goods must be returned to Zeberdee Equine Ltd. in their original condition.

- The exchanged goods can be used as store credit with Zeberdee Equine Ltd.

- You will be responsible for all postage costs for both the return of the original purchase and the dispatch of the replacement goods.

- Returns are not accepted on sale, display and/or clearance items.

 

Every order dispatched from Zeberdee Equine Ltd. is checked to ensure products are in proper condition. However, customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged during transit for a replacement if available. The following conditions apply:

- Goods must be returned in their original condition if they are faulty or damaged.

- Customers must contact Zeberdee Equine Ltd. within 1 week of receiving the product to report the issue.

- Zeberdee Equine Ltd. will cover the postage costs for returning and replacing any faulty or defective goods.

While we always strive to provide accurate information on our website and Social platforms, mistakes, errors, or omissions may occur. Zeberdee Equine Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from using or applying the information on our site and or Social Platforms.

Warranty

Goods are warranted against defective workmanship and materials, provided they are unmodified in any way and are used for their intended purpose. The warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, provided that Zeberdee Equine Ltd. is satisfied the defects were due to manufacturing or transit issues. Warranties will not extend beyond the manufacturer’s warranty period or conditions, and are limited to replacing or repairing defective goods as outlined in these terms.

Zeberdee Equine Ltd. requires full payment for any online order. Payment can be made through Direct Payment Services (DPS) using Visa, Mastercard, or Afterpay. Additionally, you may pay via online banking; details will be sent with all order confirmations.
